Bad news, postcard fans. There will be no new postcards this week. At least. The £140 Doxie Go scanner I bought for this very purpose is defective and busted already. I do think it’s just the runt of the litter though, I’ve not seen many other complaints online about them breaking so easily. They are VERY awesome, so I’m sorting out a replacement now. Rather than mess around with a camera again I’ve decided to take a week or two off postcard updates until I get things sorted out.

It does mean though that I’ve lost a few postcards The internal memory on the thing meant I hadn’t yet uploaded them to my computer. Drats. If you’ve received a postcard that I haven’t yet displayed, fancy e-mailing me a scan of it? Yes. Irony. I know.

My Balls will DEFINITELY be coming Tuesday & Thursday though and I’ll try to post a few other updates between now and whenever I get this scanner business sorted out.

I have been quiet during these Winter months.

Quiet and fucking lazy.

WELL, things are changing. Fuck Off E-mail will be starting again from next Monday. A new postcard every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have at least two weeks worth in the bank so hopefully I shall keep on top of things a bit more this time. I still have 165 to reply to though but I’m picking them out at random rather than working through in order.

I also have a few more video ideas and I’ve bought a lovely new GorillaPod which should aid in the solo recording process.

Sometime this century I may get around to drawing a second ‘My Balls’. Possibly.

I’ll have a re-jig of the site’s navigation as soon as the new WordPress Twenty Twelve theme hits. It’s not as clear as it could be at the moment and it’s never been exactly what I wanted but it’d be pointless to spend too much time fiddling until the new default theme lands.
